St. Paul Harley-Davidson® and Wild Prairie Harley-Davidson® will provide winter motorcycle storage services November 1, 2010 – March 31, 2011. As an MVP member, and as part of this special winter storage offering, you only have to pay $99* to have your motorcycle placed in our clean, dry, heated and fully secured winter storage facility for the entire winter keeping your baby snug, safe and sound from the harm of cold-storage, or worse yet, the salty air from your garage. The only place we could think of that would be better is your living room, but some in your household may not like that idea all that much.
Winter storage pricing

The above special winter storage pricing does not include winter or spring preparation work. No other discounts will apply to these special MVP rates. Additional storage service and package specials are available. Ask a service advisor for details.
Winter storage included services

•Five (5) month pre-paid storage (November 1, 2010 – March 31, 2011)
•Climate controlled environment
•Clean, dry, heated and fully secured facility
•Safety recall and product program verification and/or completion
•Personal service and accessorization consultation
•Installation of customer supplied motorcycle cover for added protection
•E-mail reminder in the spring from a service advisor for vehicle pick-up scheduling when storage timeframe is close to concluding
It is recommended that St. Paul Harley-Davidson® or Wild Prairie Harley-Davidson® prepare all motorcycles for storage. Any motorcycle not prepared for storage will be returned to the owner in the same condition that the motorcycle was received in at the time of drop-off at either dealership. St. Paul Harley-Davidson or Wild Prairie Harley-Davidson will not be responsible for the runability or drivability of any motorcycle that was in storage with us.
Payment policy
Payment is expected at the time of reservation. A space cannot be reserved until the minimum $99 charge is collected. Nominal fees will be charged for ALL pick-up and deliveries as part of this special MVP winter storage rate of $99 — no free or discounted pick-up or delivery applies to this special (even for MVP members that live within a 25 mile radius of the dealership). Any/all work performed during the storage period must be paid at the time of completion of the work. A monthly finance charge of 1.5% will be applied to unpaid balances past 30 days from the date of completed work order / invoice. No discounts given for late induction or early delivery dates.
Penalty for late motorcycle pick-up
All motorcycles must be picked up at the dealership — or have a scheduled delivery completed by the dealership (subject to delivery fees) — no later than close of business on March 31, 2011. All motorcycles NOT picked up or delivered on or before March 31, 2011, will be subject to a $20 per day storage fee. Please provide more than a five (5) business day notice to the dealership to schedule any pick-up for storage or delivery after storage (motorcycle must still be delivered on or before the end of winter storage of March 31, 2011).

*You must be an MVP member to take advantage of the basic winter storage fee of only $99 per Harley-Davidson® or Buell® motorcycle. No other discounts apply. Any Harley-Davidson® with a sidecar or a Harley-Davidson® trike will have a special MVP member winter storage fee of $198 per motorcycle. Otherwise, the standard winter storage fee is $369 for Harley-Davidson® or Buell® motorcycles. The standard winter storage fee for any Harley-Davidson® with a sidecar or a Harley-Davidson® trike will be $499 per motorcycle. These special storage rates do not include winter or spring preparation work.
