NOTE: DUE TO DEMAND, APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED AT THIS TIME. WE WILL REQUIRE YOUR BIKE FOR TWO FULL BUSINESS DAYS, THREE DAYS INCLUDING THE DAY OF DROP-OFF. ROUTINE MAINTENANCE WILL USUALLY BE TURNED AROUND DURING THESE TWO DAYS, SUBJECT TO PARTS AVAILABILITY. MAJOR ACCESSORY WORK AND RUNABILITY ISSUES MAY TAKE LONGER. WEEKENDS ARE RESERVED FOR CUSTOMERS WHO WANT TO WAIT FOR WORK. EFFECTIVE 6:00 pm, AUGUST 19, 2008.

That is why our technicians are thoroughly trained in servicing and maintaining Harley-Davidson®, Buell®, and Thunder Mountain® motorcycles. Ongoing study with hands-on training at the Motor Company in Milwaukee ensures your bike will receive the care it deserves and needs. Why take chances with your investment by taking your motorcycle anywhere else?
At Wild Prairie Harley-Davidson/Buell, we are striving to keep your waiting time to a minimum. Many jobs require no appointment, even during the busiest months of summer. We offer drive-in fluid changes (engine oil filter change, transmission fluid change, primary fluid change), and most tire work, while you wait! In fact, we take jobs involving less than two hours labor with no appointment. Led by shop mentors and master technicians, even the most technically challenging work is well in-hand. The Service Department boasts a Quality Assurance Program, and state-of-the-art tools including the latest computer-based diagnostic equipment. But the work doesn’t stop when the maintenance is completed. Each bike is thoroughly washed to your satisfaction.
