 The Service Department is led by Louis J. "LJ" Fillmon, Director of Service Operations, St. Paul and Wild Prairie Harley-Davidson/Buell. LJ joined the dealership in 2002, bringing with him a style of leadership unlike most service departments. As a retired U.S. Naval Officer with a strong leadership background, LJ coaches the 70+ professionals assigned to St. Paul and Wild Prairie Harley-Davidson's Service Department. His experience enables the department to focus on such important issues as customer service and satisfaction, competitiveness, and quality assurance. Striving for Excellence Through Service to Others is his motto and the guiding principle for the Service Department. He is also an experienced aerospace and computer systems engineer who knows the technical, as well as the business side of the motorcycle industry. Over the last six years he has assembled the best team available for your service needs, with a staff of outstanding and superbly trained technicians. If you have comments on our service quality or processes, he wants to know. LJ holds a Master's Degree in Business from Central Michigan University, and Bachelor degrees from Roosevelt University, Chicago, and the University of New Mexico. | | LJ is assisted by a superb supervisory team, led by Danny Mitchell. "Empowered" is the right word to use. This philosophy allows team members to spread their wings in pursuit of our goal--Striving for Excellence. We always try to find a way to say "yes!", and each team member is empowered to assist you so that you feel a "specialness" after your visit. | Dedication is the only word for our Service Advisor team. Some people say that a Service Advisor position is the toughest in the dealership. Knowing the parts is just the beginning. Knowing "project management" and understanding customer concerns helps this fine team to be successful. Our team members include Danny Mitchell, Craig Wallin, and Rob Vallone. While the Service Advisors know how to care, our dispatcher knows how to get things done....probably the key position for success in the Service Department. He touches every Workorder and knows what it takes to get the job on your bike done. | |
| Jack Kirsh is the Department’s Technical Advisor. With over 30 years of Harley-Davidson experience, Jack has seen and done it all. He joined St. Paul Harley-Davidson years ago, and transferred to Wild Prairie when it opened in the Spring of 2008. Our gentle giant knows his stuff. Jack ensures the department’s technical prowess stays sharp.
The department’s technicians are led by Master Technicians Chuck Langland, Brad Morey, and Mike Campbell. In addition, please meet Sean, Mike, Brian, Nate, and Dan. | |
